• At least 3 years of experience in GEORGIA Family Law Experience
• An active member in good standing with Georgia bar associations
• Extensive litigation experience, including trials, mediation, and arbitration
• Exceptional skills in case management, legal writing, and oral advocacy
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word and case management software
• Self-motivated problem-solver with strong attention to detail

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with minimal supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Stay current on relevant laws and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base
