Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions for submission to the court.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and guide clients accordingly.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of [1-4] years of family law experience.
• Strong knowledge of California family law statutes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary Range:

• $100,000 – $135,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)
