Our Bay Area client is hiring! We’re seeking a Mid to Snr. Associate Family Law Attorney to join a well-organized and superbly marketed firm, that’s seen incredible growth, serving HNW and UHNW clients. This firm specializes in Family Law, particularly emphasizing divorce, child custody, alimony, and related matters. The firm is committed to guiding clients through divorce’s complexities with compassion and legal acumen. Recognizing the emotional and personal challenges inherent in family law cases, the firm strives to alleviate the stress and uncertainty clients experience. Their goal is to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional legal services, assisting clients in navigating difficult life transitions.

The attorney independently manages cases from strategy to resolution, ensuring effective communication with clients and opposing parties. They meet billable hour requirements, adhere to CLE obligations, and maintain thorough documentation. The role includes compliance with firm protocols, supervising paralegals, reviewing all filings, and preparing witnesses. Additionally, the attorney addresses any BAR-related concerns, guides junior associates, and upholds professionalism while maintaining good standing with the CA BAR Association.

Location:

• Must be able to commute to Bay area counties including Alameda and Santa Clara counties.

Compensation:

• Base Salary $150-200,000/year
• Bonuses include an Origination Bonus, a structured bonus based on billables or cases, and a discretionary bonus dependent on firms’ overall production.
• Billable Hours: 30 per week, but focus is more on revenue requirement is met
