What You Will Do

• Counsel clients through complex and emotionally sensitive family law matters
• Represent clients in mediations, motions, arbitrations, and trials
• Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and develop strategic case plans
• Draft pleadings, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents with precision
• Collaborate with colleagues on sophisticated cases while independently managing your own caseload
• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association
• Strong litigation background with substantial family law experience
• Confidence managing cases independently while effectively delegating to staff
• Clear and persuasive written and oral advocacy skills
• A commitment to building client relationships and growing a book of business
• Detail-oriented work style with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Technology Environment

• Familiarity with FamilySoft
• Experience with PracticeMaster, TABS, and Worldox is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort troubleshooting routine technology issues

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $120,000 to $165,000, depending on experience
• Bonus structure tied to billable hours with a modified incentive model
