What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

• Handle evidentiary hearings and Request for Order hearings
• Draft pleadings, declarations, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Manage discovery, including motions and deadlines
• Work directly with clients and develop strategic case approaches

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 – $120,000 base salary
• Bonuses: Billable hours incentive, origination bonus
• Healthcare: $400 monthly credit for firm-sponsored plans
• Dental: HMO fully covered; PPO available
• Short & long-term disability: Fully covered
• Two weeks PTO
• Manageable billable requirement: 1,650 hours annually
• Hybrid schedule available over time

What You Need:

• Family law experience
• Courtroom experience, including evidentiary hearings and RFOs
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Familiarity with Family Codes, case law, and judicial council forms
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
