A rapidly growing and sophisticated Family Law practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) to support their thriving team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Silicon Valley’s elite, including high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Declarations of Disclosure
• Draft and review legal documents
• Provide expert legal advice
• Collaborate with clients and fellow attorneys
• Conduct legal research
• Analyze complex financial documents
• Maintain organized client files
• Supervise two Family Law Attorneys

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the California State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 10 years of family law experience
• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) preferred
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and handling complex financial arrangements

Location:

• Remote, with occasional travel for Bay Area hearings
