Our client, a sophisticated, ambitious Family Law Practice, that’s growing fast, is seeking a Senior Associate or Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) to support their thriving Family Law Practice. You’ll be working with the elite of Silicon Valley, mostly HNW and UHNW clientele. This is a remote position, aside from occasional travel, attending Bay Area hearings. We’re looking for a Senior or Certified Family Law Specialist, with good trial experience, who can supervise Family Law Attorneys on team, when necessary. Responsibilities include preparing Declarations of Disclosure, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, collaborating with clients and other attorneys, conducting legal research, analyzing complex financial documents, maintaining organized client files, and supervising two other Family Law Attorneys.

Location:

• Remote with occasional travel for hearings in the Bay Area.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing family law
• Certified Family Law Specialist preferred
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial arrangements
