We are seeking a Debt Finance Associate to join our growingDebt Finance practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience with syndicated and acquisition financing, along with strong document drafting and closing skills. This is an excellent opportunity to represent private equity sponsors in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity sponsors in syndicated and acquisition financing transactions.
• Draft and review financing documents and support closing transactions.
• Advise on secured transactions and debt securities offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in debt finance, with a focus on private equity transactions.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated and acquisition financing, secured transactions, and Article 9 of the UCC.
• JD from a nationally recognized law school with a strong academic record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a high level of attention to detail.
