Attorney | Financial Services | Hybrid | 146902
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Attorney with 4+ years of debt finance experience to join its Financial Services Transaction practice. The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, including:
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, inter-creditor agreements, security agreements, and other primary loan documents
- Managing transaction closings
- Supervising junior associates and paralegals

Candidate Parameters
