Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense, general liability, commercial, and employment litigation (defense and plaintiff), handling cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions and trial briefs.
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop strategies that align with clients’ goals and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, with efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 – 10 years of experience in litigation
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 DOE + MULTIPLE, GENEROUS, bonus opportunities paid MONTHLY
