Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California
• Minimum 1 year of experience in professional liability, employment defense, products liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, A&E, and/or general construction litigation
• Strong writing, research, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Experience with motion practice and taking/defending depositions

Salary Range: $115,000 – $190,000
