This is a hands-on litigation role offering meaningful responsibility and a hybrid schedule with two days in the office, designed to keep in-office time efficient and remote days highly productive. Bay Area office locations include San Francisco and Walnut Creek.

• Manage general liability defense matters from initial strategy through resolution
• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motion practice
• Take and defend depositions, including expert discovery when needed
• Collaborate on case strategy, reporting, and client communications
• Oversee deadlines, filings, and day-to-day case management
• Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $195,000+ (DOE) and includes bonus eligibility and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, plus a 401(k).
