Attorney | General Liability Litigation | Hybrid | 146484
A well-regarded law firm is looking for a driven attorney with 2+ years of general liability litigation experience to join its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation, with a particular focus on healthcare, specialty care, senior living cases, as well as human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts, and class actions.
Qualifications:
- Driven, team-oriented individuals
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Solid academic background and research abilities
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments independently
- Trial experience preferred but not required
