A highly respected, female-led litigation firm is seeking a trial-ready attorney to handle civil defense matters, including professional and general liability. This role offers direct courtroom involvement, hands-on litigation experience, and mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Make court appearances and argue motions
- Participate in rapid-response litigation events
Qualifications:
- California Bar admission required (Nevada a plus)
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Trial-focused mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000 – $200,000 DOE
- Quarterly bonuses

- Hybrid or remote schedule
