A reputable law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Associate for their Insurance Coverage Litigation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a busy national practice and work on complex coverage and bad-faith litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and advise insurers on various coverage types, including commercial general liability, commercial auto, personal umbrella, freight forwarder, and professional liability policies
• Handle complex coverage and bad-faith litigation
• Guide insurers on drafting policy provisions
• Manage responsibilities within a large, collaborative team

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Motivated to take initiative and comfortable managing responsibilities in a team environment
