What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll take on meaningful work across the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, mediations, and direct client communication. You won’t be stuck behind the scenes—you’ll grow through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, with bonus incentives tied to billable hours, a 20% origination bonus on collected fees, a healthcare stipend, firm-paid disability coverage, PTO, and a discretionary year-end bonus.
