A thriving law firm located in Irvine, CA, specializing in General Liability and Insurance Defense seeks to hire a keen Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience, who is passionate about this practice area and eager to learn and receive mentorship as they progress in their legal career. Our client represents a wide variety of national and locally recognized insured and self-insured clients, with a focus on commercial transportation/trucking and premises liability. Responsibilities include handling general liability and personal injury defense cases, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing legal advice. The role also entails independent file handling, client communication, mentorship, and active learning. Requirements include California Bar admission and a genuine interest in general liability/personal injury defense. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.
