Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a team of attorneys in California.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including general liability, products liability, and commercial auto claims.
• Collaborate seamlessly with paralegals and support staff.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar License in good standing
• Must reside in California
• 10+ years of third-party insurance defense experience, including substantial first-chair trial experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a legal team.
• Expertise in general liability, products liability, and commercial auto claims; toxic tort experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and eager to embrace new tools.
