Junior Associate Attorney – Construction Insurance Defense

Position Overview:

A dynamic law firm specializing in insurance defense is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance  Defense Litigation. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the firm’s trucking defense practice.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction defect cases.
• Prior personal injury defense experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and defend construction-related cases independently.
• Draft detailed responses to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Maintain and oversee case files.

Required Skills:

• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting discovery responses (preferred).
• Experience in depositions (preferred).
• Capability to handle cases autonomously with minimal supervision.

Compensation Package:

• Salary: $100,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience.
• Bonus: $30/hour for all hours worked beyond standard expectations.

Work Arrangement:

• Remote.
