We are seeking an outstanding attorney to join our IP Litigation team in San Francisco. Qualified applicants should have 2-4 years of experience in IP/patent litigation, with top academic credentials and a strong background in technical fields such as electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or similar disciplines. Experience with PTAB disputes and CAFC clerkships is highly preferred.

This position provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters alongside leading practitioners, with direct client interaction and meaningful involvement in complex litigation and strategy development. The role includes responsibilities in patent litigation, with potential involvement in PTAB disputes and other IP-related matters.

Candidate Parameters:

• Education: JD from a top law school, with IP/patent litigation experience.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Technical Background: Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar field preferred.
• Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
• Clerkship: CAFC clerkship experience is a highly desirable asset.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $260,000 to $390,000
• Bonus Structure: Discretionary, performance-based bonuses
