Our Employment Practice is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level or Senior Attorney (Class of 2022 or earlier) to provide top-tier support on a wide range of employment-related issues. The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, policies, and position statements. The role also involves counseling clients on employment matters and providing employment-related support for corporate transactions. Experience with employment-related investigations and litigation is a plus but not required.

Candidate Parameters:

• Mid-level or senior associate (Class of 2022 or earlier)
• 3+ years of experience in employment law, including document drafting, client counseling, and support for corporate transactions
• Experience with employment litigation and investigations is a plus
• Excellent academic and law firm experience credentials
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility for admission

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $435,000
