A leading international law firm is seeking a Conflict Attorney to join its team. This role analyzes conflicts of interest for new business and lateral hires, advises firm lawyers on conflicts matters, and ensures compliance with ethical standards and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct conflict analysis for new business and lateral hires.
  • Provide legal counsel on conflict issues, including drafting waivers and advising on withdrawal and screening.
  • Perform legal research and prepare memoranda for firm leadership.
  • Assist with confidential ethics and practice management matters.
  • Develop and deliver training on conflict issues.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. degree and active bar membership in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of legal practice experience with a strong understanding of professional responsibility rules.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts, Elite 3E, and law firm processes is a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is required for compliance with Export Control laws.

Salary Ranges:

  • Colorado: $114,550 – $188,680
  • Washington State: $120,830 – $188,680
  • Washington, D.C.: $130,500 – $203,770
