Candidate Parameters:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employment-related litigation, including responding to EEOC and local agency charges, handling discovery, and drafting dispositive motions.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with various employment issues, such as drafting employee handbooks and related documents and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
