This opportunity offers the chance to assume a significant role in a sophisticated practice with extensive client interaction, including governmental agencies and opposing counsel. The firm’s Labor & Employment Practice offers national coverage, representing clients in all phases of employment litigation, counseling, and training. Candidates should be adept in drafting, responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and handling depositions.

Candidate Parameters:

• Experience: 3–7 years in employment law, including prior litigation (management side preferred)
• Skills: Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Licensing: California Bar Admission required
