Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of litigation experience
• Active license in good standing with the Oregon Bar
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong experience in labor and employment law, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and FEHA
• Excellent deposition, discovery, and motion drafting skills
• Trial experience preferred
