Labor & Employment Attorney – Los Angeles, CA
A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its litigation team due to increased workload.
Position Overview:
This role is suited for an attorney with at least five years of labor and employment law experience who can independently manage cases while collaborating with a legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment litigation and advisory matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
- Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Trial preparation experience preferred
- Public entity experience preferred but not required
- Active California Bar license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $170,000 – $225,000
- 1,900 annual billable requirement
- Discretionary and productivity-based bonuses

Work Environment:
- Hybrid or remote arrangement available after discussion
- Office locations available in the Los Angeles area
- Candidates should be within driving distance for court appearances and depositions
Salary Range: $170,000 – $225,000
