Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Representing landlords in unlawful detainers and complex landlord-tenant disputes

• Navigating foreclosure statutes and rent control regulations with precision

• Managing your own caseload and making regular court appearances

• Optional involvement in real estate litigation or transactional matters

• Maintaining strong client communication and delivering top-tier advocacy
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed California attorney in good standing

• Experience in landlord-tenant law, unlawful detainers, or real estate litigation

• Courtroom confidence with the ability to manage cases from intake to trial

• Self-motivated, independent, and eager to contribute to a collegial team
