Your Impact Will Include:

• Advocating for landlords in unlawful detainers and broader landlord-tenant disputes

• Advising clients on leases, business formations, and real estate contracts

• Managing your own caseload with significant client interaction

• Optionally representing clients in lender defense or real estate litigation
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing

• Landlord-tenant litigation experience, including trial readiness

• Transactional know-how: leases, contracts, and business entities

• Confidence in both solo and team-driven work settings
