With a strong foundation in litigation, construction law, eminent domain, estate planning, and real estate, the firm is seeking a lateral partner whose practice complements its existing strengths and whose entrepreneurial spirit matches its forward-looking vision.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and deliver outstanding legal work for clients.
• Originate and grow client relationships that enhance the firm’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with peers and firm leadership to expand practice capabilities.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s culture of collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• A civil practice area that complements the firm (such as litigation, employment law, real estate, bankruptcy, probate, or family law).
• A demonstrated ability to develop a book of business or a strong commitment to building one.
• Subject matter expertise with the drive to lead and grow.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.

Compensation:

• Partner compensation is based on a percentage of collections.
• Hybrid compensation options may be available for the right candidate.
