A top plaintiff-side trial firm in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Law and Motion Attorney to join their dynamic team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging cases while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review meet and confer letters
• Prepare discovery and dispositive motions
• Draft complaints, demands, and trial motions
• Take and defend basic depositions
• Appear at hearings and argue motions

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Law and Motion (new admittees or recent graduates not eligible)

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Position Details:

• Remote work arrangement
• Regular firm hours
