A nationwide plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm is seeking a Law and Motions Attorney to support their Oakland office. Those with strong writing skills and a passion for oral advocacy are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- You will focus on research, writing, and courtroom argument
- Write and argue MSJs, Demurrers, Motions in Limine, & more
Candidate Parameters:
- 4 or more years of experience drafting and arguing motions
- Strong writer
- Excellent communicator
- Member of the California Bar
