A Nationwide Plaintiffs’ firm, based in East Bay, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney. This position is open to recent graduates, those with 1-2 years of experience, and senior level attorneys. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, driven, and eager to grow with a great firm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle your caseload from inception to resolution
• Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line

Candidate Parameters:

• Personal injury experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to representing plaintiffs
