Salary Range:

• $110,000 – $180,000+ (plus bonuses)

About the Role:

• As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in various litigation matters, from court appearances to motion practice and trials. You will be expected to provide determined and effective representation in the courtroom and during negotiations while managing a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motion practice, trials, and depositions.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy for clients.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys while managing your own cases independently.
• Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Significant litigation and trial experience is a plus.
