Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial and business litigation to join their dynamic legal team. Candidate Parameters:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-6 years of substantive experience in civil litigation, preferably business, commercial, real estate, employment, trust and estates, or insurance defense
• Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
• Outstanding abilities in oral advocacy, legal research, and writing.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive individual with a robust work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
