We seek an associate with 2+ years of experience to join our high-profile litigation team in California. Candidates should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and experience in legal research, brief writing, document production, and discovery. We’re looking for a key team player who will support the practice’s growth, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in other client development activities. Los Angeles is the preferred office location.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in California
• Must have 2+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
