We are seeking an attorney in law school class years 2018 through 2020 to join our litigation team in Dallas. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal litigation practice. Our firm has a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional litigation practice and welcomes candidates with experience across the litigation spectrum (e.g., oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.). District court or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $365,000 – $420,000, depending on qualifications.
• Bonuses: Performance-based, discretionary bonuses may be offered.
• Benefits: Health care, retirement, paid time off, life insurance, and other standard benefits.

Candidate Parameters:

• Experience: 2-4 years of state and/or federal litigation practice, clerkship experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong research, writing, and client management skills. Deposition and trial experience are beneficial.
