Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
• Oversee document production and discovery processes.
• Support litigation efforts through trial and appellate stages.
• Contribute to business development through articles, speaking engagements, and networking.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain professionalism in client interactions.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in California.
• 2+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
