We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our esteemed Business Litigation practice group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases while managing a variety of assignments in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.
• Manage and oversee junior associates and business professionals while delivering high-quality work products.
• Work on project-based assignments and handle multiple high-level matters simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of significant litigation experience, preferably in a comparable law firm’s litigation department.
• Strong ability to multi-task and produce thoughtful, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals.
• JD from a nationally recognized law school with high academic achievement.
