Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This non-partnership track position is ideal for candidates looking for a full-time role with a predictable work schedule. The firm is looking for an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong academic background with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Office-based role requiring regular use of computers and standard office equipment.
• Sedentary work with occasional standing and walking.
