A well-established law firm is seeking a litigation associate for its Greenville office. This full-time, non-partnership track role offers a predictable work schedule while engaging in high-level commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• 3–5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in product liability, toxic/mass torts, and personal injury preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a litigation team.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Office-based role utilizing standard legal equipment.
• Sedentary work with occasional standing and walking.
• Close visual acuity required for reading and document review.
