Mission Recruiting is representing a well-established Fairfield County law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Trumbull, Connecticut office. This is a courtroom-forward role for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, direct client contact, and meaningful responsibility from the outset. You will handle a diverse caseload that may include commercial litigation, real estate disputes, evictions, family matters, personal injury, and general liability work on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Responsibilities include court appearances, hearings, mediations, motion practice, and helping shape case strategy.

Qualified candidates will be admitted to the Connecticut Bar, have substantial civil litigation experience, show confidence in court, be responsive to clients, and have strong legal writing skills. This is a 100% in-office role with strong mentorship and no formal billable-hour requirement.

The firm offers a base salary of $120,000–$125,000+ DOE, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
