Join our passionate team and champion creditor rights! A progressive law firm in Chicago is seeking a talented Creditor’s Rights Attorney to join their growing Litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Represent creditors in various collection and enforcement actions, including lawsuits, foreclosures, and garnishments.
• Develop winning litigation strategies to maximize client recovery.
• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Research complex legal issues and stay current on relevant case law.
• Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Minimum billable hours of 1800

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in creditor’s rights litigation.
• Strong academic record and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a persuasive argument style.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• A license to practice law in Illinois
• Bonus points if you have a license to practice law in Wisconsin

We Offer:

• Base salary of $90,000- $120,000 plus a benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
