We are partnering with a well-regarded litigation boutique to find a mid-level Associate Attorney who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact settings. If you’re a sharp legal writer with strong research chops, and especially if you have eviction law experience, this opportunity positions you for early responsibility, direct client contact, and streamlined mentorship in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of diverse litigation matters from intake to resolution
• Handle eviction, collections, and real estate litigation
• Draft pleadings, prepare motions, manage discovery, and appear in court
• Engage in strategic case planning with senior attorneys
• Collaborate directly with clients and team members on leanly staffed matters

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (eviction strongly preferred)
• WA bar licensed (or eligible to waive in)
• Skilled in legal research, writing, and strategy
• Comfortable juggling multiple cases and evolving priorities
• Motivated by autonomy and early responsibility
