Key responsibilities include:

• Write reports to clients and insurance companies
• Write motions and legal memoranda
• Appear before judges in courts within California
• Handle discovery conferences and oral argument of motions
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare cases for trial
• Communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Highly motivated and able to manage and prioritize projects
• Possesses high-level analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Must be eager and able to work independently with appropriate supervision
