A highly qualified mid-level attorney is sought to join a dynamic Technologies Companies M&A group. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with both early and late-stage technology companies as well as leading venture capital investors. Ideal candidates will have 3-4+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on technology companies. You will collaborate with teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently. A proactive approach, strong business sense, and effective management of internal and external relationships are key to success in this role.

Outstanding academic credentials, law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is preferred.
