This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., provided you are licensed to practice in California, can effectively litigate your cases, and meet all other requirements. Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with medical malpractice defense strongly preferred
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Experience managing cases independently
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience
• Trial experience is a plus
