Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge and proven experience in corporate transactional law. Key responsibilities include handling mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and governance. Other duties include drafting and reviewing vital corporate documents such as operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and contracts. Additionally, you will manage equity purchase and sale transactions and ensure corporate compliance.
