About the Role:

• Advise clients on M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and related corporate matters

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of private equity and M&A transactional experience
• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $260,000 – $310,000
