The Role:

As our new Personal Injury Attorney, you’ll be at the forefront of our litigation efforts. This in-office position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no billable hours, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead depositions of experts and witnesses
• Represent clients in court appearances and jury trials
• Draft and argue compelling motions
• Manage cases from inception to resolution
• Ensure smooth progression of your caseload

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed attorney in Florida
• 4-8 years of experience in personal injury or product liability litigation
• Proven success managing complex caseloads through trial
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Unwavering work ethic and client-first mindset

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (based on experience), plus bonus potential
