Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Advocate for individuals and groups in various plaintiff-side cases, including personal injury, class actions, and toxic torts.
• End-to-End Litigation: Lead the litigation process from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and trial preparation.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements to protect the best interests of your clients at every stage of litigation.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Represent plaintiffs in court with confidence, delivering compelling arguments to secure justice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Attorney: Must possess a valid law degree and an active MO or IL license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience on the plaintiffs’ side. Experience with high-value or complex cases (e.g., class actions, mass torts) is a plus.
