A successful plaintiff’s side personal injury firm is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to tackle complex legal battles from start to finish, including all pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities. Situated on-site, this full-time role is ideal for a legal professional with a minimum of 5 years of trial experience, particularly in personal injury law, and a track record of success in the courtroom. The chosen candidate will lead case management, develop litigation strategies, manage discovery processes, and mentor junior attorneys, all while ensuring compliance with legal standards. The ideal applicant holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, has first-chair trial experience, has a valid state bar license, and possesses exceptional analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
